2)Attend Weekly Training!!

This is yourfirst move to becoming a leader.Educate yourself on GBG and begin using our weekly calls to build your business. The calls are great way to stay focused and keep your team mates active...WARNING:The minute you stop showing up to the trainings is the minute you start breaking the success cycle.

3) Bless 2 People

We're in a 2x30 forced matrix and that means your first level holds 2 people.These positions are extremely valuable and on average will receive half of your customers/reps due tospill over. In order to fill these 2 positions you need to ask 4 people that you think highly of to take the tour. Follow up with your people immediately & encourage them to get started right away.

*HINT: Help your people understand how valuable these positions are and whats in it for them.

4) Begin Looking For Leaders

Create your top25 list(people you know)Write down the names and numbers of 25 people you can ask totake the tour.Rememberyou are notselling anything here your simply asking people to take the tour.Do not pre judge anyone, the people you think won't join are most likely the people that will. Warm market recruiting is powerful and can easily jump start your business.Imaginesponsoring 4 new people that all create there top 25 list, that's 100 new contacts for your business. Ex. If your sign up ratio is 1 out of 5 you will have 20 new people on your team.

5)CheckPoint: Enroll at least 2 Reps
(Fast Track Club)

By this point you should have at least sponsored yourfirst 2and joined the(Fast Track Club), If not continue working your 25 listby directing others to your GBG company website to take the tour.Consider scheduling a 3 way call with your direct upline and your prospects if needed.

6) Go Platinum(if you haven't already)

Purchase a Platinum Package and begin developing the"Platinum Mindset" Let's face it, if you want to earn Platinum commissions you need to Go Platinum NOW. This is very similar to step 1,"Become a Product of The Product" The Platinum Training package is packed with helpful tools to help you build your business, plus the potential to earn massive $200 bonuses on each sale.

7)Share The Success Checklist With Your People

Help your first 2 repsreach the level of success you have. Show them how to complete the first 6 steps of the Success Checklist and earn the right to be called Executive Platinum. You have now learned the most important principal in business, How to duplicate yourself. *Important: Duplication is crucial at this point and will play a major role in determining how fast your team grows.

8)Continue Gathering Leaders

Challenge yourself: Work on getting out of yourcomfort zone. Build on your 25 list and begin connecting with new people on Facebook. With over 500 million users Facebook has become a Gold Mine for meeting new people and networking with other leaders. Follow up with the people on your list and begin asking your new friends to take the tour.

9) Check Point: Enroll 3 more Reps for a Total of 5

By this point you should have at sponsored a total of 5 direct reps, If not please refer to your Platinum Business Builder Training Manual and or your direct Platinum upline for new ways to generate contacts.

10) Earn Your Presidential Platinum Promotion

Teach 1 more person how to complete the first 6 steps of the success check list and earn your Presidential Platinum Promotion.
